Become a GHG partner!

Support from our community members plays an important part in our ability to help young families transition to permanent housing and independence.

We offer the volunteer opportunities:

• Organize an art project with the families and children
• Become a "Reading Buddy"
• Assist with childcare during evening parent classes
• Provide paint touch-up to the facilities

We are in need of the following In-Kind donations:

Furniture/Household

• New blankets and linens (sizes: twin, toddler beds, cribs)
• Televisions (good condition) and TV stands
• Dining room tables and chairs for 2-4
• End Tables
• Small computer desks
• Dressers and storage units
• Shoe racks
• Ceiling fans

Children's Items

• New, gently used toys and books
• Children’s clothes (0-5 years old)
• Child sized art easels and art supplies
• Play kitchen / Play house

Parent Item's

• Women's clothing (professional and casual)
• Women’s shoes
